The cottage faces away from and to the east of the main house and gets the morning sun through the patio doors making it a perfect start to the day for all those that have stayed there.  The cottage is a detached stone built building and was at one time used as a bakery having two bread ovens, long since gone, and more recently used as a cottage for farm workers.

Now a holiday gîte the property sleeps 4 people plus a cot. It's normally booked from spring to early autumn, though the season could be extended if extra income was required. The cottage has a Supra wood-burner and electric radiators.

The patio windows look out over the back field and over open fields and woodland. There is a kitchen with all modern amenities, a shower room and a bedroom on the ground floor. The sitting room has space for two sofas, dining table and chairs, a cabinet for TV and audio etc.

The cottage would be equally suitable as a 'granny annex' and being self contained and separate from the main building, probably the ideal location.

The cottage  too has been completely updated to provide very comfortable accommodation. Fully rewired, new plumbing, new insulation, new plasterwork throughout but still maintaining the original feel and character.

Two double bedrooms with one on the ground floor and a further on the mezzanine.
